Time Is Our Most Valuable Commodity

In all seriousness, though the benefits of taking a nap are powerful and proven. Research has shown that people who nap show greater emotional resilience and improved cognitive function. A nap will also help to make you more productive, a Harvard University study from 2002 showed that even a short nap of 30 minutes boosted workers productivity returning it to levels seen at the start of the day.
