You can have the best sales, you can have the best marketing tactics BUT if there's a disconnect where you're: 

  • Not looking after your team members

  • Not valuing your team members 

  • Your team don't feel seen and heard

  • You're not listening to them and giving them the support they need, 

  • You’re just filling them with work, work, work, work, and they're not getting the support they need and they're over capacity

    Then this means you are just going to have a business where you are never going to be able to have free time to think, to hit the next revenue goal or the next goal of whatever that is in your business. Whether that's time reward, or financial reward, whatever it is, it's going to be really difficult for you to hit that.

    So don't always think the priority is to have the front end fixed: the sales and the marketing. It's just equally as important to have your team members organised and understanding you, and your business, and supporting them. 

You can have the best SOPs in place, you can have the best operations procedures in place, and you can have the best onboarding process in place, but if your team members are not able to uphold the vision that you have for the business and to deliver on that, then you have no business. 

The quality of the service is out of the window. Appreciation goes a long way.
